- Construction, road, and heavy machinery such as pavers, rollers, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and related equipment
- Transport coordination, inspection, and handoff of job-ready machines
- Customer communication regarding quotes, sourcing status, rebuild progress, and delivery
We operate in accordance with applicable California and federal law and standard practices for used heavy equipment brokerage and rebuild services.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate company information, delivery locations, equipment specifications, and project requirements
- Verify that sourced and rebuilt equipment meets your site, regulatory, and operational needs
- Ensure purchase authority and lawful use of products within your organization
- Inspect shipments promptly and report damage or shortages within the timeframe stated on your invoice or agreement
- Notify us promptly of changes to contact information, tax status, or billing details
4. Pricing, payment, and returns
- Prices, freight, taxes, and payment terms are set out in your quote, purchase order acceptance, invoice, or credit agreement
- Unless stated otherwise, you remain responsible for restocking fees, return freight, and costs arising from orders released to fulfillment that you later cancel
- Cancellation, deposits, and refunds for equipment projects follow your signed quote or purchase agreement
5. Product information and availability
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and timelines. Website content is subject to change without notice. Equipment condition, hours, and rebuild scope are defined in your project agreement. Third-party or manufacturer warranties apply only where expressly stated in writing.
6. Third parties
